The staff, especially Mrs Nada, the manager of reservations, were helpful and kind. The hotel's location was excellent, and the apartment we stayed in had a amazing view from the balcony. The rooms were verysuper clean and cozy, and we had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, with a stunning view from the balcony of our comfortable and spacious apartment. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, especially Mrs. Nada, the manager of reservations, as well as Mr. Rami and Mr. Mohan. We were truly impressed by the level of service provided by the hotel, including amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping services. The hotel also had a variety of shops and commercial services available, making our stay even more convenient. The airport shuttle and valet parking services were also greatly appreciated.
In summary, we highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The staff, especially Mrs Nada, was helpful and kind. Mr Rami and Mrwan were also very accommodating. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the apartment had a fine view from the balcony. the apartment was very comfortable and spacious, with everything I needed.
